Our role...

The teaching team consists of the Montessori Francophone and Anglophone director and educators, all trained in Montessori pedagogy.

Each class is composed of a bilingual pair of educators: one francophone and one anglophone. Each pair shares the responsibility of a class/Ambiance and therefore of a group of children.

Every Montessori educador must undergo rigorous training that allows them to specialize in the Montessori approach.

It is the essential link between learning materials and children. Each teacher knows the specific material perfectly according to the age group he is dealing with.

They also learned to observe constructively, knowing when it is appropriate to present material or intervene and when it is best to let the child learn on his own. The role of adults with the child : observation, listening, accompaning. Education is individualized and progressive, with each child evolving at his or her own pace.

Each child is the subject of individual pedagogical follow-up throughout his schooling, from preschool (cycle 1) to the end of cycle 3 (CM1 to the 6th).
